All interactions between Soul Harmony Life Coaching and Academy LTD and client are strictly private and confidential, subject to legal requirements.
Clients must complete a pre-session questionnaire prior to their session(s). It is the client’s responsibility to ensure this is done.
You, as client agree and accept, that you may get certain and targeted tasks to complete for getting the best result.
4. Guarantees
While we aim to deliver exceptional service, we cannot promise specific results for each client. Outcomes may differ, and we do not provide refunds or guarantees for the success of coaching, learning or mentoring sessions.
5. Service Description

6. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

Arbitration: Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration in England, using the English language.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted in your individual capacity only and not as a class action or other representative action.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soul Harmony Life Coaching and Academy LTD, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service.
21. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
22. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation and Payment Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Soul Harmony Life Coaching and Academy LTD concerning the Service.
