Cancellation & Payment Policy​

By booking an appointment with Soul Harmony Life Coaching and Academy LTD or purchasing its service or product, you, as the client, acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions for your session, service or product.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Bernadett is committed to providing all of her clients with professional and exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. It is understandable and acceptable that on occasions you may need to cancel or move your appointment to another day.
Bernadett operates a 48 hours Cancellation Policy.
Any appointment cancellation or request for rescheduling must be made via email and received by us no less than 48 hours prior to the appointment.
For cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice – if it is not an unforeseen emergency situation – or in case of non-attendance, the appointment will be lost and cannot be rescheduled.
In the event of an unforeseen emergency situation, the appointment can be moved to a convenient time dependent on availability.
Please note, that all sessions, products and services are non-refundable once payment has been made.
PAYMENT POLICY
Single Sessions (including life coaching/mentoring, business coaching/mentoring):
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment. This is a straightforward approach that ensures commitment from both parties.
Life Coaching Packages with a payment plan:
The initial instalment is due upon your first booking, followed by monthly payments on the same date as your initial payment.
Academy’s courses with a payment plan:
The initial instalment is due upon your purchase and enrolment, followed by monthly payments on the same date as your initial payment.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England. In the event of a dispute, the English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. By booking an appointment with Soul Harmony Life Coaching and Academy LTD or to purchase any of its product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
