Cancellation Policy

Bernadett is committed to providing all of her clients with professional and exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. It is understandable and acceptable that on occasions you may need to cancel or move your appointment to another day.

Bernadett operates a 48 hours Cancellation Policy.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or non-attendance will be charged full fee. In the event of an unforeseen emergency situation, payment is required, however the appointment can be moved to a convenient time dependent on availability. In the case of a non emergency situation the consultation fee is still required.
